CUP OF MOTIVATION: VOL 351
Bad habits have a way of carrying over to the new year. They also keep us from becoming who we are truly meant to be. This is the year we change that. We truly are only a few choices away from an entirely different life. Unlike previous years, let’s not make a list of resolutions. It’s tough enough to change a single bad habit. It’s too easy to give up a resolution if there are still others on the list. We must hold ourselves accountable and improve ourselves. This year, let’s narrow down that resolutions list and choose one bad habit to fix. That’s it. Just one. We can focus on one thing better than on a list of multiple things. Imagine doing this each year. We dream of where we will be in five years. One change in our daily habits each year would change our lives forever. Positive habits become a positive lifestyle. Imagine how amazing it will feel to actually change one bad habit into a positive lifestyle. That’s this year’s resolution and then next year we do it again. Imagine life in five years after five positive lifestyle changes. This week, let’s choose that one thing we want to change the most and let’s make that change a reality. Then we focus all our energy on that change. We can do this. Together we will grow and together we will keep moving forward!!
