St Patrick’s Day. A day when we can all be Irish for the day. We wear green and reference the luck of the Irish. We attribute many of life’s success stories to luck. They were in the right place at the right time. They caught a lucky break. We justify other people’s success this way. We have all heard the phrase it is better to be lucky than good. Keep in mind t…hat luck has a way of turning from good to bad in the blink of an eye. Long term success takes dedication and hard work. If we want to have long term good luck, then unlike the saying, we need to be very good at what we do. Luck like trends always changes over time. Quality does not. Let people think that we are lucky. Know deep down that we may have caught a break here or there but hard work and dedication to our craft are what allows us to be seen as lucky year after year. We will all take a bit of luck along the way but our pot of gold will only come to us through hard work. It’s Make It Happen Monday so let’s get out there and make it happen today!! Have a phenomenal St Patty’s Day.
