MONDAY’S CUP OF MOTIVATION: VOL 391
We always dream about where we will be in five years. One change in our daily habits each year would change our lives forever. Positive habits become a positive lifestyle. Imagine how amazing it will feel to actually change one bad habit into a positive lifestyle. We have less than 3 months left in 2018 to make one change and then next year we do it again. Imagine life in five years after five positive lifestyle changes. This week, let’s choose one thing we want to change the most and let’s make that change a reality. Then we focus all our energy on that change. We can do this. Focus on positive change. Together we will grow and together we will keep moving forward!!
