A historic cottage in the Laguna Village that has been recently restored sold today for $1,687,500, according to the Southern California MLS.
Located on Anita Street, the home was listed for $1,795,000 in June – so it sold for $107,500 less than the asking price.
It sold for $844 per square foot.
The 1929-built cottage has 4 bedrooms, 1.75 bathrooms, 2,000 square feet of living space on a 4,845-square-foot lot and recent upgrades.
These type of homes are Laguna Beach’s bread and butter: historic cottages that have received modern upgrades yet still maintain the original charm.
